Karnataka Car Accident: A shocking accident took place on NH-150A in Karnataka on Tuesday morning. The accident took place near Bommakkanhalli Mosque in Monakalmuru taluka of Chitradurga district. Three people lost their lives in this accident. Two children are also among the deceased.

The car was going from Challakere to Bellary via Molakalmuru. At that time, CCTV footage of this tragic accident has surfaced in which it is seen that a car overturned 15 times after hitting a divider. During this, the people in the car were seen jumping in the air.

Death of father and two sons

The deceased include 35-year-old Maula Abdul. Maula was driving the car. His two sons Rehman (15 years) and Sameer (10 years) also died in the accident. Maula’s wife Salima Begum, her mother Fatima and son Hussain are seriously injured. The police have admitted him to the Ballari VIMS Hospital. The Rampur police went to the spot and registered a case. The car was going from Challakere to Bellary via Molakalmuru when the accident took place. Police said that the family, residents of Yadagiri district, was going to their hometown from Bengaluru when the accident took place. They said that further investigation is underway

According to the police, the family is originally from Yadagiri. He was working in Bengaluru. At the time of the accident, the car was going from Bengaluru to Yadagiri. The video of this accident is going viral on the internet. Sub-Inspector Mahesh Hospet inspected the scene of the incident. The police have admitted all the victims to the Ballari VIMS Hospital.

Techie killed as sedan crashes into parked truck near Hosur

In a separate incident, A dentist, aged 35, lost his life when the SUV he was travelling in collided with a stationary truck near Sulibele, on the outskirts of Bengaluru, on Thursday morning. The driver was consulting Google Maps whilst operating the vehicle at high speed.

Police identified the deceased as Dr Amar Prasad from Hyderabad. The other occupants, Dr Pravalika and her spouse Venu, also Hyderabad residents in their 30s, sustained injuries in the incident.

According to police officials, the SUV, driven by Venu who received minor injuries, overturned thrice after hitting the parked truck whilst travelling from Devanahalli towards Sulibele.

The incident took place at approximately 10am on Satellite Town Ring Road during a period of light traffic. The truck driver had temporarily left his vehicle on the roadside whilst taking a refreshment break.

The force of the rear-end collision was substantial, resulting in extensive damage to the SUV and the immediate demise of Dr Prasad. The group was en route to visit a temple in Palani, located in Tamil Nadu’s Dindigul district.
