Jamnagar Municipal Corporation Health Branch Contract Based Recruitment – Important Matters of Advertisement Medical Officer (M.B. BS), Medical Officer (MBBS) of Urban Health Center working in Jamnagar city territory alongside Medical Officer (BDS) for strong work and empty ANM posts under National Health Mission.

Applications are invited on a totally temporary basis for payment of contract based monthly fixed compensation.  Medical Officer MBBS with the following qualifications.  , A.N.M.  Candidates  303) 2060 and Medical Officer B.D.S.  Candidates are requested to download the attached application form along with this, print out the required details and fill in the required details on 01/9/2030 from 03:00 hrs to 05:00 hrs.  Final year marksheet, 2) Attempts certificate, 3) Proof of age, 5) Registration of Gujarat Nursing Council 5) PAN card / Aadhar card / Driving  License / Election Card 2) Passport size photo Other details A Age limit: 1) 3 years for the post of Medical Officer (MBBS) (Retired officer with above qualification who is physically fit for 3 years)  2) 3 years for the post of Medical Officer (BDS) 3) 3 years for the post of ANM during the period mentioned in the BC advertisement will be considered valid.  Candidate should be present in person along with the application form and a copy of the required documents mentioned above.  This selection will be made on the basis of the percentage obtained in the final year of the original qualification.  

If there is more than one trial, 2% will be deducted for the second trial.  And if there are more than 3 trials, the selection will not be considered eligible.  Appointment period for the above posts is MBBS.  For 11 months for medical officer and for 3 (three) months for other posts.  The period can be changed as per the requirement.
