According to classical legislation, the festival of Rakshabandhan is better only if it is celebrated in the time of Bhadra. It has been said – Bhadriyaan na kartvaye sravani phalguni ……. However, if you have to celebrate this festival in the Bhadra period due to any problem, then celebrate the festival in the Bhadra period. Do not celebrate the festival in Bhadra Mukh.
